We offer a 14-day free trial for new users on paid plans. During this period:
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds under the following conditions:

Payment gateway fees (charged by Razorpay or other payment processors) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund amount. Typically, this amounts to 2-3% of the transaction value plus applicable taxes.

Before cancellation, you may export your data from your account dashboard. Data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted as per our Privacy Policy.
In cases of service disruption, data loss, or other exceptional circumstances beyond normal cancellations, Vivah may issue credits or refunds at its sole discretion. Such decisions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
